Sabrina Williams, LMFT

Sabrina Williams is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has over 15 years of working with children, youth, and families, and she brings that experience to the therapy room.  She is a strong believer in family preservation. She especially enjoys working with teenagers and helping to bridge the communication gap within the family unit that often arises as children get older. Sabrina also has a wealth of experience with African-American families. Sabrina offers a solution focused approach to therapy.  Solution-Focused Therapy is an approach that empowers clients to own their abilities in solving life’s problems and recognize their strengths. Rather than traditional psychotherapy that focuses on how a problem was derived, SFT allows for a goal-oriented focus to problem-solving.  When she is not working, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her husband and children and working with the youth at her church. Sabrina is available in the late afternoons and evenings and is accepting new clients.
