Devin is a current graduate student in the clinical mental health counseling program at Nova Southeastern University. She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in psychology. She has had various experiences working in the Gainesville community at Oak Hammock and UF Health Shands.
Devin is passionate about helping people of various ages and identities by creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment. She hopes to cultivate an environment where clients feel heard and supported. She strives to acknowledge the client's whole experience during sessions, including experiences relating to cultural identities, strengths, oppression, and trauma. Devin enjoys using an evidence-based, integrative approach.
Devin has an interest in mental health advocacy and research. She has completed 200 yoga teacher training hours and uses mindfulness practices daily.
